For this edition, we were happy to share our expertise to make it a success together with local and international suppliers. Blue Moon was responsible for the complete show direction of the plenary session, from drafting plans to delivering a flawless show. The strength of Blue Moon lies above all in assembling the right team to reinforce the message of this political congress.
All about the (project) details
As the audiovisual partner of the European People’s Party, Blue Moon delivered a tailor-made technical setup to ensure a seamless and impactful congress experience.
We created a fully customized projection surface powered by the blending of five 30k laser projectors, all driven by a Disguise media server for precise control and flexibility. To guarantee a flawless flow, we provided redundant show direction and integrated a rise & fall prompter directly into the stage design.
Behind the scenes, more than 20 specialized professionals formed our dedicated show crew, bringing their expertise together to deliver a smooth and high-quality production from start to finish.
