Blue Moon was responsible for the complete show direction of the plenary session, from drafting plans to delivering a flawless show. All about the (project) details
The congress featured a projection setup with five blended 30K laser projectors on a fully customized screen, controlled via a Disguise media server for precise timing and flexibility, designed by our Spanish partners. To guarantee an uninterrupted flow, we implemented redundant show control, technical assistance and integrated a rise & fall prompter directly into the stage design.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated show crew of more than 20 specialized professionals brought their expertise together to deliver a well-coordinated, high-quality production from start to finish.
