Approach
Initially, we presented a business plan along with 3D drawings to Skyhall. Once the proposal was accepted, we proceeded with the detailed execution of the project.
Execution
Equipment
In addition to audiovisual materials (trusses, hoists, etc.), we also designed a customized control system tailored to the client's needs. We had to consider both the venue's characteristics and its use in an airport environment. Additionally, we focused on user-friendliness and the experience of our event team.
Safety
Since we developed a control system tailored to the client, incorporating essential safety features, we went through a CE certification process. To enhance safety, limit switches and live weight measurement were integrated into the system.
Logistics
Working in an airport environment poses logistical challenges. Together with our contact person at Skyhall, we arranged the necessary permits, badges, and safety training. Furthermore, we had to adapt our plan to fit the iconic Skyhall building, proposing various solutions for integrating the installation into the ceiling structure.
Result
Since early 2025, Skyhall has had a fully integrated rigging system. The hoists and control system are installed in the ceiling, ensuring minimal impact on the iconic roof design. The control system is fully customized for Skyhall, leveraging our experience in organizing events in this venue.
