Our approach?
For this project, BLUE MOON started from a blank slate. We created several stage designs that showcased the venue to its fullest potential, always keeping the client’s requirements in mind. Once the design was approved, we developed it down to the smallest technical details. For this, we assembled a team of specialized experts.
BLUE MOON relieved the client of all technical execution and follow-up responsibilities. This often involves additional tasks, such as preparing floor plans and coordinating with local suppliers. A true tour de force!
Showtime
We transformed the Romexpo Hall in Bucharest into an impressive conference venue. A massive projection screen (40m x 6m), a custom-designed stage, and all essential audiovisual equipment were installed. We thought of every detail: LED strips were installed on the stage steps, and the teleprompter was neatly integrated into the stage design.
During the congress, BLUE MOON was responsible for full show direction and technical support. We ensured a seamless execution, from the initial setup to the final round of applause.
