Solution
We divided the project into several phases:
- Firstly, we provided AV consulting, discussing the audiovisual design of the various spaces.
- Then, we made up a detailed project study leading to construction plans for the architects and contractors.
- We executed the plans to reality in which we integrated the audiovisual infrastructure into the overall project with attention to detail.
- Finally, we continuously monitor the installation and provide preventive maintenance.
Maintenance contract
Vestar opted for the most comprehensive maintenance contract. In this, BLUE MOON provides a 24/7 operated emergency number with a maximum on-site response time of 8 hours; preventive maintenance is carried out twice a year on all installations, the warranty on all equipment is extended to 4 years, and spare equipment is made available immediately in case of problems.
