Pro AV Solutions chose a Microsoft Teams setup in the meeting- and boardrooms that is fully automated and very user-friendly. The AXA consultant can share their screen wirelessly via a Barco ClickShare system or participate in online/hybrid meetings in any Microsoft Teams environment. In addition, we provided camera tracking that automatically detects and captures the speaker.

In the event space, BLUE MOON installed two LED walls, lighting, speakers and a pair of pan-tilt-zoom cameras. Clients can control the entire installation themselves via locally placed touchscreens or via a mobile control desk. They can also stream presentations at this location to other rooms and offices of AXA Bank. The IT department operates the entire setup. Therefore, our Pro AV Solutions team gave them an extensive installation and audiovisual training.

We know the importance of aesthetics, even for technical equipment. BLUE MOON chose to incorporate all materials in custom-made furniture. Together with an interior designer, BLUE MOON designed the furniture so that - taking into account the technical specifications of the installation - it fits perfectly into the space.
