Our approach
To fully understand the client’s expectations and needs, we began with an in-depth kick-off meeting involving all stakeholders. Based on this discussion, we prepared a detailed proposal accompanied by a technical floor plan, taking into account the unique infrastructure and constraints of the Skyhall. After receiving the client’s approval, we refined every detail of the project to ensure that the promised visibility and audibility would be flawlessly delivered in practice.
During the event
The highlight of the event was an impressive 10 x 3.5-meter projection screen, which served as the perfect canvas for dynamic visual content. Using a blending system with two powerful 20.000-lumen projectors, we presented a seamless and visually engaging mix of camera footage and content. Our media team was responsible for the content creation.
In addition to the technical and content support for the conference, BLUE MOON also provided ambient music and lighting for the networking reception that followed, creating a complete and memorable experience for all participants.
