Approach
Given the scale of the project, we started with a thorough analysis. What was planned? How many attendees were expected? What was the client’s core message, and how would the day flow? These questions were addressed during kickoff meetings, and we developed detailed 2D and 3D plans to map out the technical aspects of the project. Following close coordination with the client and necessary adjustments, we proceeded to the execution phase.

Project Details
For the plenary sessions and break-out presentations, we built a 125 m² stage and installed three impressive LED screens (two measuring 7x4 meters and one measuring 10x4 meters). After the plenary session, the space was transformed into three break-out zones, each hosting targeted presentations. Silent disco headphones ensured that attendees could focus on their chosen session without interference from others. Additionally, the entire event was recorded for later sharing on Salesforce’s online platforms.
In the expo area, we set up theaters, these are open spaces designed for sharing knowledge and presentations. Here, too, we utilized a silent conference system to ensure attendees could listen attentively to the speakers. For power distribution and ambient lighting in the expo hall, we collaborated closely with the event designer and made use of the Nekkerhallen’s grid.
